Our professional and post-graduate / mature student accommodation is of a high standard, yet still very affordable, with all-inclusive rent meaning we take care of the bills each month.
 

Our monthly all-inclusive rent always includes: gas, electricity, water, internet wifi, tv licence and council tax. [gas and electricity is subject to fair usage limits]

We have a range of accommodation to suit every budget, and our properties are ideally located within a 5-10 minute walk to Preston Train station and the City Centre, and have an excellent range of public transport links.

 

We take great care to maintain our rooms and properties and ensure that you move into a room that is spotlessly clean! All rooms are furnished with: bed (double or single), wardrobe, chest of drawers. All houses come equipped with: shared lounge, internet wifi, washing machine, tumble drier, dish-washer, microwave, oven and hob, gas central heating, and shower and bath as well as a private garden or yard.

 

We ensure that all gas and electrical appliances meet with current UK safety requirements and there is a copy of the current gas safety and electrical periodic installation safety reports available at each house.

 

All of our houses have parking for your car available on the street outside, with the option of ‘residents only’ parking spaces if you would prefer (please ask us about parking permits), and all are within only a couple of minutes’ walk from the nearest local corner shop, as well as within a 10 minute drive of large supermarkets.
